Can I Choose My Own Agent?
Absolutely! We have pre-negotiated a 30% referral fee, paid to you, from our network of agents.
However, you are always welcome to choose the agent and negotiate your own referral fee instead with 5% going to Just Referrals Real Estate.
How Much Money Can I Make As A Referral Agent?
Agents are paid on every referral they send through that closes escrow with no limits!
How much you earn is determined by how many referrals you send and the amount of those referrals.
Referrals fees are 30% of the agent’s commission.. For example, if the Partner Agent (who received the referral/handles the transaction) makes $9000 in commission, which is 3% of an average sales price, a 30% referral fee, paid to you, would be $2,700.How Easy Is It To Pass Out A Referral?

What If I Want To Buy Or Sell My Own Home?
Just Referrals agents cannot represent themselves (or anyone else) on a real estate transaction.
If you are buying or selling your own home, you can use one of our recommended professional agents or choose your own.
Here are the options:
1) Receive 30% of the agent’s commission when you use one of our selected agents,
2) Choose your own agent and negotiate your own referral fee with a minimum of 1% commission and 5% going to Just Referrals.
3) When buying, negotiate a referral fee with the listing agent (up to 100% of the co-broke) with 5% going to Just Referrals.
4) If you are selling your own home minimum commission of 1% to the agent
